His miscalculation is based on that he did not know the initial hight of the griffen, or at least he made a bad estimate. Altitude is extremely hard to judge if the griffin was flying just against the sky, and both he and his master should know that.
By the way, what is he? is he a human, a troll, a deady with a non-decomposed forehead, a bogin or something else?
I guess the big question is… is chaos the dish he perfers?
I think he prefers fear… anyway what tha? Eyelashes are his punishment? Is it because his master is to weak to give him real lashes? Grossly disfigure his apprentices back somehow giving him immense magical power? Maybe that is why he does not lash him… Or a bad eyesight… No my neighbor I know would go with the Disfigurement…
…? I pull out my eyelashes all the time… They grow rather fast for me somereason so they sorta twist out which isn’t a problem. Its like real head hair… grows and falls out in a way you dont notice…

@Dalvi: I think he’s referring to PULLING OUT the eye lashes, which I imagine would be rather painful.

lol cabbages… Theres a hilarious joke on cabbages where I live but you probably wouldnt get it. Yeah cabbages just dont come out for some people…
